A comfortable, two story townhome rental offers a comfortable open floor plan in the living room with TV, VCR, wood burning fireplace and has access to the small private patio.

Adjacent to the living room is the dining area with table and chairs to seat 6 persons. Upgrades in the kitchen include new counter tops and appliances and come fully equipped with all cooking and eating utensils. There is a half bathroom on this level near the main entrance. No air conditioning.

The second floor of the unit has the master bedroom with queen bed and second bedroom with two twin beds. Located between the two bedrooms is the one full bathroom.

The Hideaway Village complex is a secluded yet convenient location just minutes from Main Street and the Winter Park Ski resort. Guests can enjoy an extensive trail system year-round - great hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing just a few steps away. On the free town shuttle route to Winter Park Resort and town of Winter Park.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.

Time for some updates

The check in is confusing I received multiple emails. Key pickup and return is 5 minutes away. The house is dated which is ok but there is a strong musty smell and the queen bed seems like it has been fixed w a 2x4. Pillows probably have 20 years on them. It’s time for some updates.

Good option

Booked this place at the last minute when i70 and 40 were shut down. Did not end up actually staying here, but we were happy to have somewhere to stay if the roads did not reopen!

Last minute trip

For a last minute ski trio this place was excellent. We were able to book at 8pm on Friday night, drive straight up there and check in no problem! The kitchen was stocked with all the untinsels/cook ware but was lacking cooking oil. The recliners in the livign room were so comfy and the space was a great place to host some friends for a game night after skiing. We loved the quant alpine cabine vibe and would definitely stay in a pinch again.

Yes we do accept same day booking. If you are arriving after 5pm, we will send you instructions for check in to pick up the key from our secure lock box.

The Hideaway Village property is located approximately 2/3 of a mile from Main Street and is not close to the Rendezvous Event Center for the festival.

Is there on site laundry, or access to laundry nearby?

There is not laundry on site. There is a laundromat on Main Street in downtown Winter Park which will be 1/4 mile from the townhome.
