This recently renovated one-bedroom condominium is ideal for a small family, a couple or individuals, situated in a prime ski-in/ski-out location. 
The kitchen features newly installed granite countertops, tiled flooring, and modern appliances, offering an unobstructed view of the main living room. It accommodates two individuals at the counter, with additional seating capacity for four in the dining area, which overlooks a forest and benefits from the cozy ambiance of a gas fireplace.  Please note that there is no air conditioning available. 
The living room features cozy furnishings, a gas fireplace, a flat screen TV, complimentary WI-FI and access to a spacious private deck that offers scenic views.  A Queen Murphy bed can be conveniently stowed away to maximize living space during the day while also providing an additional sleeping area.  Furthermore, the sofa sleeper adds extra accommodation for guests. 
Adjacent to the primary living space, there is a private bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed and  a flat screen TV.  The main bathroom has been modernized as well, showcasing a new vanity, faucet, tiled shower enclosure and updated flooring.  

 


Access to each floor is provided by an elevator and guests can take advantage of the available covered parking. The property offers a range of amenities including hot tubs, a swimming pool, a  game room, a business center, and fitness facilities. 
It is important to note that the Iron Horse property is situated along the skier's corridor connecting Mary Jane to the base of Winter Park.  To utilize the ski-in/ski-out feature of the property, all skiers must possess an intermediate skill level or above.  Additionally, there is a 150 yard walk from the Iron Horse building to the ski trail.


It is mandatory for all guests to prominently display the parking pass issued by the unit in their vehicle to avoid the risk of towing; this regulation is rigorously enforced on the premises.
NOTICE:  The Iron Horse property is designated as a non-smoking area; smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.  Violators of this policy will incur fines.


Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association.  These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

Nice place
Great place. Only issue cable tv did not work. Would be nice to have smart tv to use my own apps. Also need more silverware. Thank you!!

Great location
I don’t know if it was just that I booked 24 hrs before the stay but I had not received the access details even though I got three emails and followed the directions. I ended up calling and then they emailed me the link. The kitchen wasn’t stocked with any staples so if you plan on cooking bring every ingredient you need. And also toiletries. They did provide one use of coffee and a decaf. Oh and bring pool towels!

everything was great
Everything was great about this stay. The accommodations were good with easy access to skiing. The building was well maintained and everything worked great. The only issue was with the parking. Our rental car was mistakenly booted by the Condo Association but the Rental Management was quick to resolve the issue at no cost to us. The resort village itself was a little disappointing as they could use more retail shopping opportunities and a greater variety of food places. All in all a good stay.
