A Queen Murphy bed situated in the living area can be concealed to maximize living space during the day and can be unfolded in the evenings to provide a comfortable sleeping arrangement.
The master bedroom features a Queen-sized bed and offers a view of the forest. The primary bathroom is located in the shared hallway of the unit.
The unit is situated on the fourth floor of the building, one level beneath the skier access in the D building. Guests may reach the unit via the elevator located in the building’s lobby.
Access to each floor is provided by an elevator and guests can take advantage of the available covered parking. The property offers a range of amenities including hot tubs, a swimming pool, a game room, a business center, and fitness facilities.
It is important to note that the Iron Horse property is situated along the skier's corridor connecting Mary Jane to the base of Winter Park. To utilize the ski-in/ski-out feature of the property, all skiers must possess an intermediate skill level or above. Additionally, there is a 150 yard walk from the Iron Horse building to the ski trail.
It is mandatory for all guests to prominently display the parking pass issued by the unit in their vehicle to avoid the risk of towing; this regulation is rigorously enforced on the premises.
NOTICE: The Iron Horse property is designated as a non-smoking area; smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. Violators of this policy will incur fines.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
