The location is unbeatable access to the slopes on kicking horse and the value was incredible. I have no real big complaints. There were a few minor issues that were promptly addressed by the host who was on top of it quickly. Check in was easy. This was our second stay in the unit and and they added a touch pad lock this time which made it much easier to come and go.

The condo is a perfect location for skiing Granby Ranch with easy access to the Kicking Horse lift and also easy to get in and out of for exploring the surrounding areas (Winter Park, Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake, etc). It had everything we needed in terms of linens and kitchenware and was comfortable for our entire stay. There was plenty of seating at the dining room table and in the living room. The beds as well as the sofa bed in the loft were very comfortable. The washer and dryer unit was a useful feature and worked well. This was a perfect location for our ski vacation and we would happily stay here again.

The location is fantastic. You are just about 15-20 steps away from putting your skis on and gliding down to the kicking horse lift. Master bed was very comfortable

This was a great place to stay for skiing at Granby Ranch. The home has everything you'd need and the host is very helpful.
I didn't count exactly how far, but I'd estimate it's only about 50 yards from the front door to the ski slope serviced by the Kicking Horse lift. If you want ski-in/ski-out there isn't much closer at Granby Ranch than this condo.

My family of 5 enjoyed 3 nights at this place. We had plenty of space to move around and sleep comfortably. My 3 children ages 5, 8, and 11 really enjoyed the games they had. The kids had a blast playing in the snow banks nearby and we loved the convenience of skiing right out our front door. Hope to come back.

Great stay! Was beautiful and peaceful. Only advice is to bring a sweatshirt or long sleeve, with the windows open at night the mornings will pep you right up!! Had a great family vacation, thank you!

Pretty much liked everything except there were no curtain or window covers in the living room and as a result the sun shining in made it impossible for the four of us to sit there together from about 530-8 pm every day. Other than that very nice. Gas fire place. Very comfortable.

We had such a wonderful stay at the property. It was ski-in/ski-out which we had never done before but we will definitely do again. The townhome was clean, stocked and had a great location. We had never skied Granby Ranch before and would highly recommend it, especially if you have kids. The views from the deck were great and there were plenty of games to enjoy inside. We will be back!

Kicking Horse is such a perfect location, especially Kaitlyn’s place. Ski-in, ski-out, but removed from the hustle-and-bustle of the base. And the space was great too. It has all the comforts of home, including a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and couches and plenty of well designed space. Loved it!

This condo had plenty of room for our family of 5 (mom, dad, and 3 kids). It was really nice to have cooking essentials available (salt, pepper, seasoning, olive oil, etc.) to use for our stay. Perfect ski in, ski out for us to get right on to the owners lift (Kicking Horse) to get to Granby Ski resort. Thank you for allowing our family to stay here and make wonderful memories!

We have rented a few places before that seemed like they were really close to the lift, but this really was skiing ski out. We could actually just let our eight and nine year-old kids just leave the condo and scoot over to the lift in a minute and ride by themselves. And we could see them from the deck as they whizzed by and waved. it was a really nice place, very comfortable. It feels like someone’s home that they actually care for, not just a cheap rental. But it was very clean, and very easy. This really is kind of a gem amongst the Airbnbs I have rented in the past. My only hesitation writing this review is that I don’t want to make it even harder for me to rent it again in the future! 😁

Very enjoyable stay. The unit was very comfortable and well appointed with basic needs. The convenience to the Kicking Horse ski lift was a welcomed surprise .... just a few steps, put on your skis and you're off for a fun filled day on the slopes. We absolutely adored this townhouse! It was well stocked for a family with kids. It was a true ski-in ski-out and the locals were super friendly.
Accommodations were exceptional! Bathrooms were very clean and linens were great. I loved how it was set-up. Having the extra beds in the loft area, really helped everyone have enough room.
Sitting on the patio at night was wonderful. Just grab a glass of wine and sit back and take in the beautiful scenery.
The host was super responsive with questions related to ski rentals and passes. We will definitely stay again. Thank you!

Perfect family get away! Granby Ranch was absolutely beautiful! The townhouse had everything we needed in a perfect location. Nearby grocery store and cute little town. Host was very responsive with anything we needed to ask. My family will absolutely come back and stay again!

This condo is perfect location for skiing with very easy access to the lift. This condo is beautiful with a fully stocked kitchen and lots of room to relax after a hard day of skiing. It has the perfect view of the mountains with a sunrise every morning.

This is a fantastic location to get to experience the Granby Grand Lake area. There is a ski lift right outside the back door. The views are incredibly. The home has everything you need to enjoy a quality stay away from home. 10/10

We had a wonderful vacation at Granby Ranch. We loved the kicking horse location….It has beautiful views and we could ski in and ski out at leisure using the kicking horse lift.
We stocked up on supplies before we came in with the blizzard and got snowed in the first few days. Of course, there were things we forgot but this house was fully stocked with everything we needed. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful with snow shovels and local weather information.
Our three children fit comfortably upstairs with the extra bunk in the loft. And the king size bed in the master was warm and cozy. Everything about this house is comfortable. Coming in from a day of skiing, we wanted to eat, get in the jet bath tub and then sink into the comfy couches by the fire and watch a little tv then go to bed. This house was the perfect place- we want to come back and do it again next year!

Just have to say, we had a wonderful week long stay. Everything was above and beyond our expectations. The accommodations were comfortable and very modern. Easy access to all the area has to offer. The Blackstone Flat top griddle was an extra treat. We cooked everything on it. Bacon, eggs, shredded, pancakes, burgers, dogs, burritos. So nice not to have to cook in the kitchen and can enjoy the nature while you’re cooking on the patio. Great family time spent together. We’ll definitely be back.
