The main living room has cathedral vaulted ceilings which enhance the feeling of a spacious interior, new carpeting, flat screen Smart television and wood burning fireplace. Please note that we do not provide firewood. This area provides easy access to the private deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air, gas grill and several chairs for taking in beautiful views.
Adjacent to the living room,a cozy lounge with a dining room will seat up to eight. The well-equipped kitchen will allow you to enjoy home-cooked meals while you recount the stories of the day complimented by hardwood flooring and modern appliances.
The primary bedroom is on the upper floor of the unit, offering mountain views from the windows, a ceiling fan, king-sized bed, flat screen Smart television and luxurious en-suite bathroom with steam option. Also on the upper floor of the unit, an open loft area overlooks the living room below, has a sky-light for additional sources of natural light and a work station for anyone that has a need for remote work.
On the main floor, the additional two bedrooms offer one with a queen-sized bed and second with two twin beds. The main bathroom is in the main hallway for all guests to easily access and the unit has a washer and dryer.
The property is located just a short distance from the Granby Ranch Resort where you can enjoy year round outdoor activities - including skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking and events.
Smoking is prohibited on the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations are rigorously upheld, and any guests found smoking will be subject to a $200 fine per day.
