The main dining area, situated between the kitchen and living room, accommodates a large table that comfortably seats eight individuals. In the living room, vaulted ceilings enhance the expansive windows, complemented by western themed furnishings, a gas fireplace and a flat screen TV. This level also houses a master bedroom suite, a king-sized bed, a private bathroom and an office that includes a queen sleeper sofa.
The upper level of the residence features a master bedroom equipped with a private bathroom and a king-sized bed, alongside a second bedroom that contains a queen-sized bed. Additionally, there is a bathroom located in the hallway, a loft furnished with a sleeper sofa and a third bedroom that includes two twin beds arranged in a bunk configuration, as well as a twin bed with a trundle. Furthermore, a queen sofa sleeper is available in the loft area upstairs.
The lower level of the residence features a master bedroom that includes a private bathroom and a king-sized bed.
This vacation experience is further enhanced by a range of additional amenities, including a spacious heated garage that offers ample covered parking, a steam shower equipped with dual rain/steam shower heads, a private outdoor hot tub accommodating six individuals, a washer and dryer, a large deck featuring a gas grill and a patio complete with a fire pit. Although there is no air conditioning, these features are ideal for entertaining family or friends during your stay
The designated quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM and must be adhered to without exception. Smoking of tobacco, marijuana, or any other substance is prohibited both inside the home and on the property grounds.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
