The master bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom. Two bunk beds are in the second bedroom which is ideal for kids. The second bathroom is in the common hallway. The overall square footage of the unit is 886, located on the second floor of the building.

The Meadow Ridge complex is 2 miles from the main downtown area of Winter Park and the free town shuttle provides transportation throughout the area.
Club Meadow Ridge clubhouse offers an outdoor heated pool, over-sized hot tubs, work out facility, steam room, racquetball courts, locker room, coin operated laundry, wireless internet access. During the summer months, there are several tennis courts to enjoy. If you have the need for a small gathering or meeting, the clubhouse has meeting room space for rent.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring pets. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on the property.

Was only in for a quick overnight stay. Condo was nice and clean. We arrived late at night and road and condo building is very dark. But, I would stay again and recommend. Note: No A/C, but there was cool weather for open windows.
