This recently renovated 2-bedroom condo provides a cozy and updated accommodation choice in Fraser with open floor plan, private deck with mountain views along with outdoor firepit and in close proximity to the clubhouse amenities.
The spacious living room features hardwood flooring throughout the open floor plan and plush sofas to enjoy the gas fireplace and large flat screen television and access to a private balcony with views of the Winter Park Ski Resort and a spot to enjoy a peaceful evening in front of the firepit. Located on the second floor of the building, guests will get to enjoy having no other guests above their unit, only next door.
The dining area adjacent to the living room will accommodate up to four guests for mealtime and additional seating at the breakfast bar for up to four guests. The fully furnished kitchen features hardwood floors, modern appliances, countertops and an open view over the breakfast bar to the main living space.
The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed, flat screen television, vaulted ceilings and renovated en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom contains two sets of bunk beds - one is a Captain’s bunk with double on the bottom and twin on the top; the second bunk bed is a twin/twin bunk bed - great spot for all of the children in the group to have a large spot to gather together. The second bathroom is situated in the shared hallway.

Unit amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, private deck, gas fireplace, outdoor firepit. A fully equipped kitchen including all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. There is no air conditioning.

Common area amenities include an outdoor heated pool and large hot tubs, fitness center, sauna, racquetball courts, locker room, coin operated laundry, wireless internet access, multiple tennis courts during the summer months and for an additional fee guests can rent meeting room space directly with the clubhouse.

House Rules: House Rules: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $200 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
