A lovely, remodeled kitchen has new stainless steel appliances accented by black tiled counter tops, and pine wood cabinets.
The open living room of this cozy Fraser condo has a flat screen HDTV above the wood burning fireplace, DVD and free Wi-Fi access. Guests can access the private patio from the sliding glass doors in the living room that provide mountain views and this unit is on the ground floor of the building.
In the dining area which is open to the main living room area has seating for 4 persons and extra 4-person seating at the kitchen breakfast bar for mealtime and snacks.
A queen bed is in the master bedroom and 2 additional queen beds with flat screen TV are in the second bedroom. The one bathroom has been updated and is accessible from the main hallway.
Amenities in unit: Free Wi-Fi access, HDTV, DVD, wood burning fireplace, free outdoor parking in the open lot for the building.
The free town shuttle accesses the property for transportation to the area and the main street of downtown Winter Park is 2 miles away and the Winter Park Ski Resort is 5 miles away.
Club Meadow Ridge clubhouse offers an outdoor heated pool, over-sized hot tubs, work out facility, steam room, racquetball courts, locker room, coin operated laundry, wireless internet access. During the summer months, there are several tennis courts to enjoy. If you have the need for a small gathering or meeting, the clubhouse has meeting room space for rent.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring pets. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on the property.

Nice location

The apartment is big enough for 4 people but maybe just one bathroom for 4-6 people would be an issue for some as the toilet is in the bathroom. This property is clean and well located, right next to a Safeway supermarket and about 10 minutes from Winterpark resort.

We had a great time!

Super close to Winter Park and enjoyed the access to the community clubhouse for the hot tub after skiing. Listing very accurate to description. We'd definitely stay again!

Quick Stay

We only stayed one night and the condo fit just what we needed. A couple issues, as the living room cable didn't work so we crowded into the main bedroom to watch TV, and the locking mechanism on the main bedroom window didn't work right so you couldn't open the window to get any fresh air. I let the management know of the issues and they seemed responsive, so I figure they probably fixed the issues by now. Overall, I would stay there again and recommend to others.

I love staying in this neighborhood in Fraser

super close to Safeway and a quick drive to Winter Park! The clubhouse was right across the street with big hot tubs, a heated pool, and had DVDs to borrow! The clubhouse also provides pool towels, so you do not need to bring any from the unit. Overall, a cheap little place to sleep after a day of skiing. Kitchen included all of the baseline needs, but not many extras. There was plenty of space in the living room to hang out in the evenings. We sadly did not use the fireplace while there, but they did leave wood to make a fire!

Great space

Great space with everything you need for a weekend in the mountains! Better than the pictures with a patio view of the mountains. I would definitely stay again! The only issue is that you have to pick up physical keys at a location 5-minutes away (offsite) and you have to go back to drop off the keys after check out. We also couldn’t find the rec center on property so we weren’t able to utilize the hot tub or facilities.
