Meadow Ridge Court 8 Unit 6

This unit was a lovely, clean and comfortable place very close to Winter Park. It took us just a few minutes to drive to the ski resort in the morning. The king-sized bed was quite comfortable and the furnishings/ recent updates were attractive.
Guests should be aware that after dark/ after office hours, this place is difficult to find. The “Court” and “Unit” numbers for our place were not lit up, and Google Maps took us to what appeared to be a field. After a while of driving around, we realized that we needed to cross the field on foot on a narrow sidewalk to get to our court. We then used flashlights to identify the correct unit. That was uncomfortable. The next morning, we could see the markings clearly, so daylight check-in should be no issue. I just wished we had gotten the directions/map from the property manager in the welcome communication or guest portal. But, since the check-in issues are not the owner's fault, I'm still giving this stay a good rating.

Sorry you had trouble finding the court after dark; that shouldn’t be part of a guest’s arrival. We’ll add clearer map/directions to the welcome message and guest portal and check the unit/court signage and lighting so future arrivals are easier. When we arrived at the place. There was no pass to the clubhouse. The next day they sent a lady over with a temporary pass. Very friendly staff. Thank you

Cute pics! Outside images of the building would have been helpful in finding the exact location.Overall clean and tidy... would be helpful to have a few basic cooking spices.Things that will help improve the quality and comfort would be a some better quality pillows and comforters or additional cozy blankets/throws. A bean bag in the main area would allow for additional comfort for anyone sitting on the floorBurners on the range need some additional attention or maintenance they seem to be loose and shift while cooking.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to stay in Fraser for an affordable price. The clubhouse is a great benefit. A few upgrades to bedding, furnishings, and lighting would go a long way in making the place more comfortable.

The apartment is big enough for 4 people but maybe just one bathroom for 4-6 people would be an issue for some as the toilet is in the bathroom. This property is clean and well located, right next to a Safeway supermarket and about 10 minutes from Winterpark resort.

We only stayed one night and the condo fit just what we needed. A couple issues, as the living room cable didn't work so we crowded into the main bedroom to watch TV, and the locking mechanism on the main bedroom window didn't work right so you couldn't open the window to get any fresh air. I let the management know of the issues and they seemed responsive, so I figure they probably fixed the issues by now. Overall, I would stay there again and recommend to others.

super close to Safeway and a quick drive to Winter Park! The clubhouse was right across the street with big hot tubs, a heated pool, and had DVDs to borrow! The clubhouse also provides pool towels, so you do not need to bring any from the unit. Overall, a cheap little place to sleep after a day of skiing. Kitchen included all of the baseline needs, but not many extras. There was plenty of space in the living room to hang out in the evenings. We sadly did not use the fireplace while there, but they did leave wood to make a fire!

Great space with everything you need for a weekend in the mountains! Better than the pictures with a patio view of the mountains. I would definitely stay again! The only issue is that you have to pick up physical keys at a location 5-minutes away (offsite) and you have to go back to drop off the keys after check out. We also couldn’t find the rec center on property so we weren’t able to utilize the hot tub or facilities.
