The 1 bedroom condominium with 607 square feet, is situated on the ground floor of the building, offering convenient access to the main clubhouse located just across the parking lot, as well as the free town shuttle stop.
The living room features an open floor plan with modern furnishings, creating a cozy space to relax by the fireplace and take in the mountain views. Amenities include a flat screen TV, DVD player, VCR, complimentary Wi-Fi, a queen sofa sleeper and access to the private patio, making this area of the condo both spacious and inviting.
The main room features a cozy alcove designated for the dining area, complete with seating for up to 6 individuals.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances, updated countertops, and freshly painted cabinets.
The bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and a bunk bed to provide extra sleeping arrangements. It is important to note that this bedding setup is unique to this particular unit. Additionally, there is one full bathroom located next to the bedroom. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning available in this unit.

Club Meadow Ridge clubhouse provides amenities such as an outdoor heated pool, spacious hot tubs, a fitness center, steam room, racquetball courts, locker room, coin operated laundry, and wireless internet access. In addition, during the summer season, guests can take advantage of multiple tennis courts. For those looking to host a small gathering or meeting, the clubhouse offers rental space for meeting rooms.
Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited on the premises as per the Homeowner Association rules. Any guests found violating these rules will be subject to a fine 200 per day.

Loved it
Can’t say enough good things about this place. It was perfect after a day of skiing at Winter Park. It was easy to locate with clear instructions, and only a few minutes from the resort with plenty of transpiration to and from. The hot tub was great and not too crowded. The unit had lots of space for sleeping, just as advertised. Nice fireplace. Roomy living space. Phenomenal kitchen. Best of all… SPOTLESS. Seems like they just installed brand new carpets. They were so soft and clean. My only minor complaint is that there wasn’t any designated space for ski gear, but we made it work with no issues. We would absolutely stay here again. Can’t say enough good things about this place. It was perfect after a day of skiing at Winter Park. It was easy to locate with clear instructions, and only a few minutes from the resort with plenty of transpiration to and from. The hot tub was great and not too crowded. The unit had lots of space for sleeping, just as advertised. Nice fireplace. Roomy living space. Phenomenal kitchen. Best of all… SPOTLESS. Seems like they just installed brand new carpets. They were so soft and clean. My only minor complaint is that there wasn’t any designated space for ski gear, but we made it work with no issues. We would absolutely stay here again. Mountain Condo
Place was clean, a bit outdated with decor. The check in and out process was less than ideal... you have to go to another location in a different town to pick up the key and then return it back. Comfy and affordable. So much better than a hotel!
This was a nice find. The condo is a little dated, but affordable, comfy, and convenient. The Club is a nice perk, although we did not use the hot tub/pool because it was very busy both times we tried, we did enjoy shooting hoops and playing ping pong. The property management team did not do a great job of cleaning and didn't do any snow removal prior to our arrival, but the front desk staff at Stay Winter Park were very nice.
