The primary floor of the condominium is designed for your enjoyment, featuring an open floor that includes the main living room, kitchen, dining area and a private balcony. The entire space is adorned with new hardwood flooring, and the cozy couch invites you to relax while admiring the view through the sliding glass doors or towards the wood burning fireplace, which serves as an ideal spot to watch a game on the large flat screen TV and has a western theme and wood paneled accents on the walls.
The adjacent dining area boasts a spacious table that can accommodate all guests comfortably and offers convenient access to the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is spacious and offers new wood cabinets, new appliances and countertops.
The primary bedroom features a King bed and full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is ideal for a group of children with two sets of Captain’s bunk beds (full bed on bottom and twin on top) and has access to the main hallway bath.
The loft on the top floor features vaulted ceilings, King bed, full bathroom.
Other unit amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, in unit washer and dryer, parking for two or more cars in the free outdoor parking in the building’s open lot. Please note there is no air conditioning.
The complimentary town shuttle makes a stop very close to the condo and offers transportation to downtown Winter Park and the ski resort.
PLEASE NOTE: Hot tubs at the clubhouse will be closed 4/20-4/24.
Club Meadow Ridge clubhouse provides amenities such as an outdoor heated pool, spacious hot tubs, a fitness center, steam room, racquetball courts, locker room, coin operated laundry, and wireless internet access. In addition, during the summer season, guests can take advantage of multiple tennis courts. For those looking to host a small gathering or meeting, the clubhouse offers rental space for meeting rooms.
Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited on the premises as per the Homeowner Association rules. Any guests found violating these rules will be subject to a fine 200 per day.
