This unit is on the second floor of the building.
Clubhouse amenities include amenities such as an outdoor heated pool, spacious hot tubs, a fitness center, steam room, racquetball courts, locker room, coin operated laundry, and wireless internet access. In addition, during the summer season, guests can take advantage of multiple tennis courts. For those looking to host a small gathering or meeting, the clubhouse offers rental space for meeting rooms.
Parking: Guests can park up to 2 cars in the outdoor parking lot. Please note there is no parking allowed on the complex streets.

House Rules: No pets allowed and smoking is strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $200 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet on the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
