The house was perfect for our family gathering. It was clean, well appointed, comfortable and close to skiing at winter park. The kitchen had all we needed. We loved soaking in the hot tub after a long day on the slopes. Walkable to some shops and restaurants. We would stay here again.

This was our first time to Winter Park, we usually go to Copper Mountain. Loved the condo it was perfect for us. We had 6 adults plenty of room, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very spacious kitchen and family room and the hot tub was a huge hit in the evenings after a long day on the slope.

There were 7 adults and we found the townhome just perfect for our stay! The townhome was so warm and inviting! The kitchen is very well stocked with plates, glasses, pots, pans, and appliances! We did almost all our eating around the big table! The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean! A great stay that will fill our hearts for years!

Probably best location in Winter Park. Four levels of living space spread us out nicely including great well stocked kitchen area. Owners were very responsive to our minimal requests. Will hopefully be able to return one of these years.

Great property for a large group. Our group was 4 senior couples. The biggest complaint was the steps. Just a few adjustments could be made such as; more garbage cans throughout, better coffee pot, the shower head in the main bathroom needs an upgrade as well as the mattress that is much too hard. Minor stuff and we would love to visit again. Can't beat the location.

Property worked well for my family celebration. Quick drive to resort for skiing and snowshoeing, close to shuttle as well, walkable for restaurants and groceries. Well equipped for cooking. Coffeemaker was unique, have never used one that stores coffee inside after made. Parking great, close to overflow parking in the complex. Owner responded quickly to questions.

Amazing place to stay. Carole was amazing and answered all of my questions. The only hiccup we had was that there is a cat apparently comes to the house frequently so some of our party had to use a lot of allergy medicine. Would definitely recommend this place though.

Our family of 8 enjoyed this location very much. Plenty of space for all of us to enjoy each other. The Hot Tub was a big hit after a full day of skiing. Lift Shuttle is only a couple hundred yards walk. Location near the center of town with easy access to eating. Only draw back is there are a lot of stairs in this unit. However, the positives far out weigh the only negative.

The unit was very spacious! It was a great place to have a family reunion. The owner provided many extra supplies, amble linens, and many games. We would recommend this beautiful townhouse for anyone who loves the outdoors. It is walkable to many good restaurants and about 45 minutes from the Rocky Mountan national Park where we spent a lot of time.

Our daughter's home is too small to accommodate the whole family for a proper Thanksgiving celebration, so we booked Carolee's home. She was very helpful from the start and was always quick to respond to any questions that we had. The townhome is nicely decorated and well-equipped for baking and cooking. Some guests have mentioned the four levels of the home, requiring lots of trips up and down stairs...good exercise at altitude! This was actually an advantage, giving each family member some private space to get away from the buzz. The bunk room in the lower level is like a junior man cave, which the two teenage boys really enjoyed. The hot tub is an added benefit. The only suggestion I have for Carolee and Bob is to create a binder with instructions for the entertainment systems, special kitchen equipment, hot tub, and garbage disposal...FAQ's. Besides being a lovely condo in a beautiful setting adjacent to the Fraser Trail/River, this Red Quill property is located walking distance from many of Winter Park's key features: Carver's for breakfast, the new Rollin' Bakery, Memorial Park for concerts, the movie theater and the Fraser Community Center, not to mention the trail system that runs behind the complex. The kitchen is fully equipped for the experienced cook and the house has plenty of room for young and old alike. And the owners couldn't be more responsive to any issues that might occur. A good choice for winter or summer stays.

First off, Carolee was incredible! She was very concerned with our stay and wanted to make sure we were comfortable and everything went well. I've stayed at 2 other rentals in the past using VRBO and neither compared to the hospitality shared by Carolee! My family (wife and 3 children ages 2-6) as well as my in-laws had plenty of room at this townhome. I think I saw another review that mentioned the stairs, there are quite a few stairs. In fact, that was my children's favorite part! HAHA The kitchen is well stocked, and VERY nice appliances! (I fell in love with the Viking Oven, just saying). The radiant heated floors? Are you kidding me? I'm from Oklahoma and we don't have heated floors. In Oklahoma when it's cold, tile is cold (not in this townhome!). The bathroom floors were warm, the rooms were very well decorated. Also, the townhome has 4 full bathrooms and a powder room, so technically 4 bed 4.5 bath (never had to wait despite having 7, and could have housed much more). Location was well seated within Winter Park, away from the hustle and bustle to be quiet, but also close enough to be near and around anything you may want. Close to the park (kids really enjoyed), close to Randi's Pub, close to Hernando's Pizza. 5 minute drive to Safeway in Frazier. Location was absolutely fantastic! The pictures do not do this townhome justice. It is so much nicer than what you see, and so worth it! By the way, after we got back, I priced some other townhomes in the area with a similar layout, and they are more expensive, yet from what I see, not as nice. Book it while you can. I can promise you, if we are ever in the area again, we are looking this place up first! Hopefully we plan on having another ski trip in a couple of years with the whole family and have already planned on staying here again :)

We had a great stay over Thanksgiving weekend. We had three families with all different ages and there was something for everyone. The bedrooms are laid out so that everyone has space when they needed it and the kids’ area downstairs was great for the teens to have their own space. The private hot tub was a great way to end the day. The kitchen was stocked with all of the amenities. We lacked nothing for our Thanksgiving dinner. Note: There are a lot of stairs so that might be something to think about if you have older folks in your group. (Half flight from front door to living/dining area, another half flight to the kitchen, then another flight up to the bedrooms, so there’s lots of up and down.) But overall, we loved it! Thanks for sharing your home!!

My whole family was very impressed and happy with this townhouse. It was clean and pleasant, well maintained, well stocked and very comfortable. There were so many activities in town and in the surrounding area. We worried about parking, but there was an empty lot next to the townhouse where two of our party were able to park. People that are going to stay there should realize that there are a lot of stairs and at that altitude it can be a struggle to get up and down the stairs as many times as you have to, especially for older adults. Even with that I would stay again because of the convenience and the arrangements of the bedrooms. With adult children I needed enough bedrooms with queen beds and then the basement rooms were perfect for our son's family with two small children. The adult kids also liked that they were close enough to walk to the pubs and shopping in the evening. All in all a great place to stay.

Our group plan a ski week every year. This was a perfect condo for us. The owners were interested in us and was wanting everything to go smoothly, and it did. The condo was well equipped. All you had to do was buy some food and you were ready. Plenty of room, never felt crowded. The hot tub and grill perfect. Best four bed room deal in Winter Park area. We will definitely return. Spacious townhouse. Centrally located in winter park. Close to all activities. We had plenty of room with four adults and five kids. Big kitchen. Great master suite. Hot tub was nice. Wi fi worked well. Tv seemed new. End unit. Quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Great for family getaway to the mountains. Conveniently located close to shops and great places to eat. Also close to public transportation if you don't have a vehicle. Property is well kept and clean. With 4 bedrooms there is plenty of sleeping space for large family if needed. The Owner was very accommodating with any questions.
