Ground level updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath is bright and inviting with spectacular views of the mountains. It is the perfect place for a mountain getaway. It is located just minutes from downtown Winter Park and approximately 3 miles from the Winter Park Resort. The free lift shuttle bus service stops in front of the complex for easy access to ski area and downtown.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is 950 square feet and has 3 private decks. It has an open floor plan with hardwood floors throughout and the updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
The living room has a gas fireplace, DVD player and 50” flat screen HDTV that can be enjoyed from the large sectional couch. Sliding glass doors lead to the private deck with BBQ grill and beautiful views of the Winter Park Resort. The open floor plan consists of a living room and dining room with dining table large enough to accommodate six. No air conditioning.
The master bedroom is large and has a queen bed and private deck and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is great for the kids - a captain's bunk bed, private deck and access to the hallway bathroom. There is a brand new shared outdoor hot tub in the complex with great mountain views and free parking at the complex.
Additional amenities in unit include a pack and play and all toiletries and linens provided.
Amenities on property: Complex is close to downtown Winter Park offers amazing mountain views, brand new large outdoor hot tub, coin-operated laundry facilities and free parking.

Great spot

This was a great spot for a ski getaway for us. The location is very convenient and loved the shuttle stop to the resort being right at the condo. The fireplace was nice and the kitchen was in great shape. We will definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Winter Park

Our family of 4 stayed here for a couple of days of skiing at Winter Park. The condo was perfect for us. It was clean and well maintained and exactly as advertised. We found everything we needed for our stay. We even enjoyed some sledding on the hill outside the condo thanks to a couple of sleds that are kept out on the balcony. The check-in process was easy and communication was good. We'd stay here again.

winter retreat

Ahhhhhh...winter retreat! This great space has a warm and relaxing mountain vibe with a view off the porch of The Fraser Valley. After a day on the slopes, you really don’t need to go anywhere. Nor will you want to after a soak in the hot tub! New appliances and everything you need in the kitchen with a big table to enjoy dinner together. There are also updated, clean bathrooms, comfortable beds, and a big comfy couch to watch movies until you hit the slopes again. Very clean and welcoming. The bus picks you up right at the end of the parking area and will drop you right at the center of the ski village (and even downtown, too! We just hit the slopes on our short trip). We are looking forward to our next ski trip and can’t wait to come back and stay longer than just a few days to explore this adorable ski town!

Wonderful Ski getaway

Wonderful Ski Getaway. What a wonderfully unexpected condo! My husband and I have stayed at several all over Colorado and this one was a great get away for us. There are decks around the unit providing wonderful views and the fireplace was warm and cozy! We caught the free Winterpark Orange shuttle to the ski resort. A short walk from the condo. We loved that we didn’t need to drive and park at the resort! The kitchen has everything you would need and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely return for a much longer stay!

Great location

Great location. The condo was perfect for the 5 of us. The bus stop is a half block away and was super convenient for getting to the resort for skiing but also a perfect location as it’s close to town for dinners, etc. The unit appeared to be recently remodeled and everything worked perfectly. I’d highly recommend.
