Sliding glass doors lead to the private deck with beautiful views of the surrounding forest and neighborhood. The open floor plan consists of a living room and dining room with dining table large enough to accommodate four with additional spots at the breakfast bar. No air conditioning.
The master bedroom is large and has a King bed and private deck and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is great with a King bed and access to the large private deck and access to the hallway bathroom.
Amenities on property: indoor pool and hot tubs, dry sauna; small workout room, yoga room, large game room and paid laundry facilities. Free covered parking in the open garages.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
