The primary level of the unit features hardwood flooring that compliments the contemporary western decor. Alongside the breakfast bar, there is a dining table and access to a private deck that provides scenic mountain views. Please note that there is no air conditioning available.
A gas fireplace in the living room serves as a remarkable addition, providing a swift and effortless means to heat your gathering while enjoying a light meal at the breakfast bar or around the dining table before heading to the slopes in the morning. Alternatively, it offers a cozy atmosphere for relaxing on the expansive couches after a day filled with outdoor adventures, allowing you to appreciate the flat screen TV and the stunning mountain views visible through the large windows.
The fully equipped kitchen has recently undergone updates, featuring stainless steel appliances that embody a retro and minimalist aesthetic. Additionally, a Nespresso Vertuo machine is available for coffee enthusiasts. For those who prefer dining out while on vacation, a variety of excellent restaurants are located just a few blocks away.
A master bedroom suite features a queen-sized bed, a cozy sitting area and a renovated en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom serves as a child’s paradise, featuring bunk beds, vibrant decor and a gaming station alongside a flat screen TV. A spiral staircase ascends to the lofted third bedroom, which includes a queen-sized bed, access to a private deck, a TV, a washer and dryer and a full bathroom.
It is important to be aware that this unit is located on the 4th floor, and access to it requires navigating several flights of stairs.
The amenities at the clubhouse feature an indoor heated pool, hot tubs available both indoors and outdoors, a fitness center, and an outdoor firepit, providing a perfect way to unwind after a full day of skiing or riding.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
