This beautiful, bright and welcoming two bedroom with loft condominium in the town of Winter Park is conveniently located on the area's free shuttle route and is just minutes from Winter Park Resort. This vacation rental is ideal for families or small groups, with bedding for 8. The convenient gas fireplace is an excellent feature to quickly and easily warm up your party while having a quick bite to eat at the breakfast bar or around the table before hitting the slopes in the morning – or while winding down on the spacious couches after an adventurous day in the great outdoors. Please note that this unit is on the 4th floor and there are several stairs to access the unit.
The completely equipped full kitchen has been recently updated with stainless steel appliances and has a retro, simplistic design. There is even a Nespresso Vertuo machine! If cooking on vacation seems less than desirable, there are also numerous great restaurants within a few blocks.
The main floor of the unit has hardwood flooring throughout to accent the western and modern furnishings. In addition to the breakfast bar area, there is a dining table and access to the private deck.
The master bedroom has queen bed, small sitting area and en-suite bathroom that has been remodeled.
The second bedroom is a kid's paradise complete with bunk beds, colorful decor and game station to go with the flat screen TV.
A spiral staircase leads to the lofted third bedroom with queen bed, access to private deck, TV, private sauna, washer and dryer with full bathroom.
Clubhouse is currently closed. The amenities offered by the clubhouse will be a hit as well, with an indoor heated pool, both indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and a workout facility if you still have anything left after a full day of skiing or riding.
COVID Housekeeping: All of our cleaning standards and products are aligned with VRMA, WHO and CDC.
We are laundering all bedding in our commercial washers and dryers after each guest stay. All bedding is double sheeted.
All products in the vacation rental for guest use will be individually wrapped for protection.
There will be a 24 hour (1 day) gap between reservations.
We will implement keyless entry or secured lock box for entry to all vacation rentals.
Our staff will have new PPE and wear masks, protective gloves and shoe coverings.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring pets. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on the property.
