The open den area contains a small desk for checking emails or working during your stay, along with a private patio to enjoy the refreshing Colorado air. For indoor fun, the game room has a ping pong table.
The main floor offers plenty of open space for gatherings of any size, featuring a ceiling fan in the main living area, ample seating to enjoy the gas fireplace and flat-screen TV, or stepping outside to the private deck with a sitting area, BBQ grill, and views of the surrounding forest and mountains.
The dining area is adjacent to the living area, equipped with a table and chairs for four guests, plus two additional spots at the breakfast bar. House Rules: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $500 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
