The Soda Springs Ranch condo 3C is perfect for families seeking a vacation rental with ample space with three interior levels, hardwood flooring throughout, outstanding amenities, and abundant outdoor seating on the two private decks and one patio.
The main ground floor entry includes a nautical-themed mudroom with bench seating, storage for outdoor equipment, an alcove with twin bunk beds, and a full-sized washer and dryer. The open den area contains a small desk for checking emails or working during your stay, along with a private patio to enjoy the refreshing Colorado air. For indoor fun, the game room has a ping pong table.
The main floor offers plenty of open space for gatherings of any size, featuring a ceiling fan in the main living area, ample seating to enjoy the gas fireplace and flat-screen TV, or stepping outside to the private deck with a sitting area, BBQ grill, and views of the surrounding forest and mountains.
The dining area is adjacent to the living area, equipped with a table and chairs for four guests, plus two additional spots at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, custom wood cabinetry, and countertops with ample storage, making meal preparation easy for the designated cook in your group. This level also includes a half bathroom.
The upper level of the townhome features a full bathroom in the hallway with dual vanities and a shower. The primary bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, a large closet, a flat-screen TV, and access to a second private deck. The second bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and a single twin bed, providing additional sleeping accommodations to ensure everyone enjoys a restful night.
Additional amenities for guests to enjoy include an evening of ping pong in the game room, inflatable kayak, 2 paddleboards and life jackets.
Ideal location across the street from Cutthroat Trout Bay at the north end of Lake Granby to enjoy water sports and fishing. A short 3 minute drive to downtown Grand Lake for shopping, dining, live entertainment and the western entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Year round outdoor adventures include hiking, golfing, fishing, boating, snowmobiling, snowshoeing and wildlife viewing.
Fully equipped kitchen includes all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. Free Wi-FI, Smart TVS, guests can use personal streaming services.
Parking: There are 2 outdoor parking spots in front of the garage with additional spots in the open area across from the driveway. Please no parking on the complex roads.
House Rules: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $500 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.

Great place. Clean, cozy. Great for 3 adults and 1 child. Kiddo loved the pool table. Adults loved the fire place. We did use the clubhouse. Grand Lake is gorgeous!
