The main dining table comfortably seats up to eight guests, with additional seating available at the breakfast bar for three. The kitchen boasts hardwood flooring, granite countertops, solid wood cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances. Furthermore, there is convenient access to the washer and dryer located on the main floor.
The upper loft area provides a tranquil retreat from the main floor, offering views of the mountains and a comfortable nook for unwinding.
The primary bedroom includes a Queen-sized bed, a flat-screen television, vaulted ceilings with a ceiling fan, a small sitting area, and an en-suite bathroom that boasts dual vanities and a tiled shower.
On the lower level of the townhome, there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom conveniently situated in the main hallway. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with a captain’s bunk, which has a double bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top.

All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. Please note that there is no air conditioning. This unit has 2 interior levels with stairs in between with a ground floor entry.
Parking: There is parking for one vehicle in the garage and in the driveway directly in front of the property’s garage. Parking is not permitted anywhere else on the property. Improperly parked vehicles could result in a fine and/or towing.

Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
