Experience stunning sunsets and expansive vistas of Byers Peak and the entire Fraser River Valley from the living area, primary loft, and furnished deck when you choose Spruce Ridge as your getaway. This tri-level townhome boasts a welcoming open floor plan that radiates warmth, charm, and modern interior design, complete with carpeting throughout and in-floor radiant heating.
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by the mountain ambiance and the delightful open layout. This unit offers an excellent space for gatherings. Cozy up by the gas fireplace and take in the breathtaking view. A chef's kitchen is ready for your culinary creations, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a gas range. Comfortable beds are the perfect finishing touch to your vacation.
This tri-level townhome showcases an inviting open floor plan that radiates warmth, charm, and modern interior design, complete with carpeting throughout and in-floor radiant heating. The comfortable furnishings create an ideal environment for relaxation after a day of exploring the local attractions, while large windows in the main living area provide a spectacular view of the mountains and valley. The main living area is enhanced by vaulted ceilings, and the rental is fully carpeted.
Relax in the primary living area, located in front of the gas fireplace, or enjoy your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. The private deck presents stunning views of the mountains and valleys, especially at sunset, along with a BBQ grill and a cozy dining area for the warmer months.
The dining area is thoughtfully situated between the primary living space and the fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The main dining table comfortably seats up to eight guests, with additional seating available at the breakfast bar for three. The kitchen boasts hardwood flooring, granite countertops, solid wood cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances. Furthermore, there is convenient access to the washer and dryer located on the main floor.
The upper loft area provides a tranquil retreat from the main floor, offering views of the mountains and a comfortable nook for unwinding.
The primary bedroom includes a Queen-sized bed, a flat-screen television, vaulted ceilings with a ceiling fan, a small sitting area, and an en-suite bathroom that boasts dual vanities and a tiled shower.
On the lower level of the townhome, there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom conveniently situated in the main hallway. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with a captain’s bunk, which has a double bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top.

Unit amenities include complimentary WI-FI access, in-floor radiant heating throughout, gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings in living room and primary bedroom suite, private deck, washer/dryer, gas fireplace and fully equipped kitchen including all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. Please note that there is no air conditioning. This unit has 2 interior levels with stairs in between with a ground floor entry.
Parking: There is parking for one vehicle in the garage and in the driveway directly in front of the property’s garage. Parking is not permitted anywhere else on the property. Improperly parked vehicles could result in a fine and/or towing.

House Rules: No pets allowed and smoking is strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $200 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet on the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
