Welcome to Summit Trail Condo – Unit J3
Escape to the mountains and enjoy everything Fraser and Winter Park have to offer from our beautifully updated three-level condo. With stunning mountain views, vaulted ceilings, a heated garage, and thoughtful amenities for families, Summit Trail J3 is the perfect home base for skiing, hiking, biking, or simply relaxing in the Rockies.
Comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests, this spacious condo is ideal for families, multiple couples, or small groups looking for a comfortable mountain getaway.
Main Level
Enter through the ground-level mudroom or garage where you'll find plenty of space to store skis, snowboards, boots, coats, and outdoor gear after a day of adventure. This level also includes a washer and dryer, bench seating, and a convenient half bath.
The open-concept living area features soaring vaulted ceilings, large windows that fill the space with natural light, and beautiful mountain views. Relax by the cozy gas fireplace, watch your favorite shows on the smart TV, or step through the French doors onto the private deck to enjoy your morning coffee or evening sunset.
The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, wood cabinetry, and everything you'll need to prepare meals—from cookware and baking essentials to a crockpot and kid-friendly dishes. The dining table seats six, with additional seating for three at the breakfast bar.
Second Level
The spacious primary suite (sleeps 2) features:

For families traveling with little ones, we've also provided a rocking chair and Pack 'n Play.

Third Level
The loft (sleeps 3) serves as the ultimate kids' retreat and includes:
Captain's bunk (queen bed below, twin bed above)

All linens, towels, toiletries, and paper products are provided for your stay.
Please note: Like many mountain homes, the condo does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool mountain evenings typically keep the home comfortable throughout the summer.

Parking
Parking is available for:
One vehicle in the heated garage
One vehicle directly in front of the garage
Street parking is not permitted by the HOA, and improperly parked vehicles may be towed at the owner's expense.
House Rules
No smoking or vaping inside the property. A $200 per day fine will apply for violations.
No pets.
Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 10:00 AM
Primary renters must be 25 years or older.
Rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking.
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM.
