This exquisite vacation rental located in the scenic Fraser, Colorado provides a lavish retreat with breathtaking mountain vistas from the private deck, a heated garage for one vehicle, and a vaulted ceiling. It is ideal for families or groups looking for an unforgettable escape in the Rockies. This elegantly designed villa boasts three generous bedrooms, a tri-level layout, and comfortably accommodates up to seven guests.
Ground Floor (Lower Level): Upon entering the unit, you will be welcomed by high ceilings and stunning hardwood flooring. The open mudroom area features a washer and dryer, ample space for your outdoor equipment, a custom bench, and a half bathroom. A few steps up from this area leads to the third bedroom, which includes a flat-screen television, vaulted ceilings, and a Captain’s bunk bed (double on the bottom and twin on the top) - an ideal hideaway for children.
Main Floor (Second Level): The open floor plan is enhanced by hardwood flooring throughout, vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan, and numerous windows that provide delightful views and allow abundant Colorado sunshine to fill the room. The inviting living room is furnished in a comfortable western style, centered around a gas fireplace and a flat-screen television. From this area, you can easily access the private deck, perfect for enjoying tranquility and mountain vistas.
The adjoining dining room features an antler chandelier above a table that accommodates up to six guests for meals. In the gourmet kitchen, you will find stainless steel appliances, wooden cabinetry, granite countertops, and ample space for preparation and storage. Additionally, there is seating for up to three guests at the breakfast bar.
Third Floor (Upper Level): This level is just a few steps above the main living area and includes a primary bedroom suite with a king-sized bed, vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan, a sitting area, and a distinctive feature of French doors that open to the main living space below, offering a mountain view. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with dual vanity sinks and a tiled shower enclosure. The second bedroom contains two sets of twin/twin bunk beds and has access to the second bathroom in the hallway, which features a single vanity sink and a shower/tub enclosure.

Unit amenities include complimentary WI-FI access, private deck, laundry room, ceiling fans, and fully equipped kitchen including all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. Please note that there is no air conditioning.
Parking: There is parking for 1 vehicle in the heated garage and 1 vehicle in front of the garage. Please do not park on the complex streets.

House Rules: House Rules: Smoking is strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $200 per day if found smoking on the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
