Welcome to our condo at Sun Song 1B.
Lovely pet friendly 1 bedroom with extra sleeping accommodations, private patio with forest views, sunken living room area, washer and dryer, common area indoor hot tub and close to outdoor trails and the free town shuttle.
The main entry of the unit welcomes you with a forested view and a spacious open floor plan. A fully equipped kitchen has vinyl hardwood flooring, new appliances and countertops offering a great spot for the chef in your group to enjoy mealtime preparations during your stay with us. There is a breakfast bar that will seat up to two guests and is adjacent to the main dining area with a table and chair set up for up to three additional guests and overlooks the main living room below. A unique feature of this unit is the twin bunk bed that is built into the wall of the dining area for an extra spot if your group needs a spot for children in the group to get a good night’s rest.
A couple of steps down from the dining area, the spacious living room with new carpeting, wood accent wall, gas fireplace and flat screen television that are surrounded by comfortable sofas to relax after a day of fun filled adventures. Guests can enjoy the forested view from the large set of windows and access the private patio from the living area.
In the main hallway, there is one full bathroom and closet with a stacked washer and dryer.
The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed, flat screen television, window with forest view and full en-suite bathroom.

Unit amenities include complimentary WI-FI access, private patio, gas fireplace and is pet friendly. Fully equipped kitchen including all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. Please note that there is no air conditioning.
Parking: There is parking for 2 vehicles in the outdoor parking lot.

House Rules: Smoking is strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $200 per day if found smoking on the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
