Experience a mountain retreat in this three-bedroom condo located in Fraser. This unit features a split-level design, an open floor plan, and ample space for you and your family to appreciate the forest and mountain vistas from the private deck, along with on-site amenities such as indoor hot tubs, a summer picnic area, and a tennis court.
Upon entering the unit, you are greeted by the open floor plan adorned with new carpeting and contemporary furnishings. The living room boasts vaulted ceilings that enhance the overall atmosphere; the sofas are arranged around a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for cozy winter evenings, and a flat-screen TV is available for watching movies or your favorite shows. You can also access the private deck, which offers a tranquil setting to enjoy the surrounding forest and mountain scenery.
The dining area accommodates up to four guests, with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar, conveniently located near both the main living space and the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen features painted cabinets, countertops, tile flooring, and new appliances.
The primary bedroom on this level includes a king-sized bed and an en-suite full bathroom. Furthermore, a washer and dryer are conveniently located in the main entry hallway.
The upper level of the condo contains the additional two bedrooms and bathrooms. The second bedroom is furnished with three beds—a twin bed and a pull-out sofa—along with a flat-screen TV, vaulted ceilings, and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom features a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower enclosure. Please be aware that this third bedroom is only partially enclosed with a half wall, providing an open view of the main living area below.

Our stay in Fraser/Winter Park here was just what we needed: comfortable lodging, clean, and good location (about 10 min drive from town and 20 min from WP/Mary Jane ski hills).
Note the host is a property management company, but when I couldn't log into the portal they sent me for instructions, a human replied with the wifi and etc, which was great. We didn't use the hot tub but it's right next door. Parking was easy out front.

Home is wonderfully located next to Winter Park short eight minute drive with no traffic 15 with a little bit of car flow. Super cozy spot would definitely book again.
