Welcome to our condo at The Reserve at Ten Mile Unit A-202.
This ground floor 2 bedroom condo is an ideal family retreat and Pet Friendly for dogs only centrally located in Grand County for easy access to all the local attractions and events! Enjoy a renovated and spacious floor plan, gas fireplace, ceiling fans, private patio and will sleep up to six guests.
The open floor plan provides a warm and inviting sitting with comfortable sofa to relax in front of the gas fireplace or flat screen television for a quiet evening. The ceiling fan will help to cool off during the warmer summer months or take a step out onto the private patio for fresh air and a lovely view.
The adjacent dining area will seat up to four guests and is located with easy access to the main living area to enjoy everyone’s company for evenings of entertainment and the kitchen. Additional seating for three guests at the breakfast bar to grab a quick snack on your way out the door. The kitchen has new appliances, wood cabinetry, granite countertops and tile flooring.
The primary bedroom is a queen-sized bedroom, ceiling fan, access to a private patio and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom will sleep up to three guests with a queen-sized bed and twin bed.

Unit amenities include Pet Friendly (dogs only no cats), complimentary WI-FI access, private patio, and fully equipped kitchen including all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. Please note that there is no air conditioning.
Parking: There is parking for 2 vehicles in the outdoor parking lot. Please do not park on the complex streets.

House Rules: Smoking is strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $200 per day if found smoking on the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.

Great location, very well-appointed and stocked. Entire condo was very clean and well-organized. Everything was clearly labeled and they even had 3 fans. Very warm and friendly vibe inside, and the hosts were clear and effective in their communication. One thing to note is that the beds are on the firm side. I usually have my sleep number set to the max and even I found them a bit hard. Not really a complaint because no bed is going to be comfortable for everyone. Just letting you know in case you prefer something a bit softer. Would stay again though!

We had a wonderful stay! The two-bedroom accommodation was spacious, clean, and very well maintained. It had all the essential household supplies we needed, making our stay comfortable and convenient from the moment we arrived.
What truly stood out was the exceptional support. The host was friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly and professionally, which made the entire experience stress-free.
Overall, this was a great place to stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped home with outstanding hospitality.
