This space also grants access to a private patio, creating a delightful setting to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. There is also a sofa sleeper if you need additional sleeping accommodations.
The dining area will comfortably seat up to four guests and provides easy access to enjoy everyone’s company in the living room. There are three additional spots at the breakfast bar and the kitchen showcases a modern design with granite countertops, top-of-the-line appliances, appealing wood cabinetry and tiled flooring, making it perfect for preparing both quick meals or formal dinners.
The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, ceiling fan, flat screen television and a complete en-suite bathroom.

Complex amenities include a communal area featuring a firepit, with firewood supplied, situated adjacent to this building. In the distance, there is an outdoor hot tub available for common use.
Parking: There is outdoor parking for up to 2 vehicles in the front of the building. Please do not park on the complex streets.

House Rules: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $500 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
