This lovely, ground floor 2-bedroom condo offers a cozy getaway in Fraser with updated furnishings, hardwood flooring throughout, private deck, close to outdoor trails and on the free town shuttle.
The spacious living room has a contemporary color scheme that accentuates the modern and comfortable furnishings for you to relax and enjoy the gas fireplace, flat screen television and easy access to the private deck to enjoy the peaceful surroundings after a day of fun filled adventures in the area.
The dining area adjacent to the living room will accommodate up to four guests for mealtime at the large table with custom light fixture. A fully equipped kitchen features hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, custom painted cabinets and an open view to the main living area and small breakfast bar that will seat up to two guests.
The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, ceiling fan and renovated en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom contains a log-hewn double/double bunk bed. The second bathroom is situated in the main hallway with renovated vanity and tiled shower/tub combination.
Bedding: King, Double/Double Bunk Bed
Unit amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, private deck, gas fireplace. A fully equipped kitchen including all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. There is no air conditioning.
Parking: Outdoor parking in the open lot for up to 2 vehicles.
