During the Winter season Rendezvous Event Center converts into a sledding hill fit for all ages. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to smoke or bring pets on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on the property.

Hi there. I'm interested in booking this rental however, one of my guest is a wheel chair user. I just wanted to confirm that this is a ground floor unit with no stairs required to get into the the unit or in the unit?
Answer:
Yes this unit is on the ground floor and there are no stairs. It is newer construction as well so hopefully the doorways are wide enough for a wheelchair.
