This newly constructed, luxurious three bedroom unit is situated in the vibrant center of downtown Winter Park. Our unit offers a splendid view from its private patio with outdoor sofa and firepit, open floor plan with a modern themed interior design, gourmet kitchen, washer and dryer and will sleep 6 guests comfortably and lots of common area amenities!
The primary open-concept layout features hardwood floors and expansive windows that invite abundant Colorado sunlight into the space. The living area serves as an ideal location for enjoying the flat screen TV, an electric fireplace, and ample plush seating, along with access to a private patio where you can relax on the wonderful outdoor furnishings or enjoy the cozy firepit. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a custom tiled back splash to accent the modern feel of the room and accents the blue and white painted cabinets; the breakfast bar that accommodates five. Adjacent to the kitchen in between this area and the main living room, the dining area includes a small table and additional seating for up to four if you would like a more formal space for dining.
The primary bedroom suite features a King-sized bed, a flat screen television, large closet, beautiful views from the expansive windows and an en-suite full bathroom with tiled shower, dual vanity sinks that are wonderfully accented with tiled wall.
The second bedroom also has a King-sized bed, a large closet, lovely views from the windows and full en-suite bathroom with tiled shower, single vanity sinks accented with a tiled wall accent.
The third bedroom contains two sets of twin/twin bunk beds with bean bag chair - perfect for the children in the group!, views from the expansive windows and flat screen television. The third bathroom is conveniently situated in the main hallway with a single vanity sink and tiled tub/shower enclosure as well as access to the hallway washer and dryer.

A fully equipped kitchen including all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. There is no air conditioning. This unit is located on the second floor of the building.
Parking: There is parking for one car in Garage C and the parking spot is marked 3308. Additional parking is available outside in designated parking spaces only. Please note there is no parking allowed on the streets.
Common area amenities include common area outdoor hot tub, firepit, bike storage in garage for the summer, ski locker, electric car charger for everyone - access code is required.

Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
