The main floor includes a primary suite equipped with a queen-sized bed and an adjoining bathroom, as well as a small powder room for general use.
The upper level features a private loft space, ideal for enjoying a book following an active day at Winter Park Resort or throughout the Winter Park and Grand County Area. Secluded from the remainder of the residence, this level also includes a spacious bedroom suite equipped with a queen bed and an expansive en-suite bathroom, providing a serene environment for relaxation.
The complimentary town shuttle has a stop in close proximity to the property, providing convenient transportation options for those who prefer not to drive.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them
