This charming and recently built 2-bedroom townhome features scenic forest views, a private balcony, parking for one car in the garage, and an outdoor hot tub. Situated in Fraser, this delightful townhome is a newer construction that provides a tranquil rental experience while remaining conveniently close to a variety of year-round outdoor activities. The 2-bedroom layout is spacious and can comfortably host up to 6 guests, showcasing beautiful views and an open-concept design.
On the main level, there is an open layout that integrates the living, kitchen, and dining areas, creating an ideal environment for gatherings and meals.
The south-facing windows in the living room allow plenty of sunlight to fill the space, providing forest views and a comfortable area to unwind on the plush furniture while enjoying the gas fireplace and flat-screen television.
Guests can access the private balcony to take in sunsets and enjoy outdoor refreshments.
The gourmet kitchen features ample countertop space, perfect for preparing delectable meals, equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and seating for two at the breakfast bar.
Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area includes a large table with additional seating for up to four guests.
The main hallway contains the laundry area, which is equipped with a washer and dryer, as well as a full bathroom.
The primary bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, a full en-suite bathroom, and a ceiling fan.
The second bedroom also features a king-sized bed and a ceiling fan.
The main entry of the townhome is located on the ground floor, providing an exterior entrance or access to the unit from the one-car garage.

Common area amenities include one outdoor hot tub.
Parking: There is parking for 1 car in the garage and 1 car directly in front of the garage. Please note that there is no parking allowed on the complex streets.

Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.

Instructions to get to the unit weren't accurate but I was able to eventually find the unit. Google Maps will take you to the building but the garage is accessed from below. Unit is on a 2nd floor with a short flight of stairs from the heated garage to the unit. The garage is somewhat inconvenient since the garage door code is not provided so you have to walk around to open and close the door from the entry door. Unit is otherwise good with comfortable beds. The hot tub could use some repairs but worked well otherwise with half of the jets functioning, gets up to 104F. It is spacious but would probably have issues if the complex were fully rented out, it is only about a 1-2 minute walk to get there. Staying in this area of Fraser is always good though with Safeway being at the base of the hill, WP a 10-15 minute drive away (longer if snowing). Tons of great food options.
