Adjacent to the living room is the stunning kitchen, designed to facilitate interaction between cook and the rest of the group during meal preparation. This kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, solid wood cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances. The breakfast bar provides an excellent space for casual meals or cocktails; while the dining table accommodates up to six guests. The main entrance, accessible from the parking lot level, includes a mudroom area with storage and a half bathroom.
The second level of the unit features one bedroom equipped with a King-sized bed, complete with a full en-suite bathroom and a sitting area. Additionally, the second bedroom includes Captain’s bunk and provides access to the bathroom located in the hallway.
The lower level features a generously sized second living room equipped with a TV, a complete bathroom, and a Queen/Queen bunk bed, along with a washer and dryer. Access to this level of the townhome is available through the back door.
The uppermost level of the townhome (one level up from the main floor) features a master suite that includes a King-sized bed, a sitting area furnished with a loveseat sofa sleeper, a flat screen TV, a complete bathroom and a private deck.
Additional features comprise a mudroom, washer and dryer, outdoor parking accommodating up to two vehicles with designated spaces, and an outdoor fire pit.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

we loved the place, specially the creek out in the back of the house. we went to a hick with in afew minutes of the place. all i can say it's that we loved it. i would rent it again for sure.

Our policies state there is a non refundable 35% deposit due at the time of booking and the final payment will be due 21 days prior to the arrival date. The final payment will also be non refundable. We do offer travel insurance.
