This two bedroom unit at Trailhead Lodge is ideal for a winter or summer retreat in the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Gather your family and furry friend for a luxurious yet approachable escape.
The unit located on the second floor can be reached by elevator and features a tastefully decorated living room with expansive windows that provide scenic views. It includes a comfortable area to unwind, complete with a gas fireplace and a flat screen TV, as well as complimentary Wi-FI. Additionally, the private deck offers picturesque views of the Winter Park Ski Resort. Please note that there is no air conditioning available.
Next to the living room, there is a dining area featuring a spacious table that accommodates six individuals. The expansive kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, wooden cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar that seats four, perfect for a quick meal before heading outdoors to partake in various activities.
The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, a flat screen TV and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed that includes a double bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top, with an extra twin bed, accommodating up to four children. This room also includes a television with an XBOX for entertainment. Additionally, a washer and dryer are conveniently situated in the main hallway guest use.
Situated on the second floor of the building, guests may utilize the shared elevator for convenient access. PARKING: Only two designated spots are available.
The complex is ideally situated adjacent to the Rendezvous Event Center, which hosts a variety of music, culinary, and fitness events throughout the summer. In the winter, the Rendezvous Event Center transforms into a sledding hill suitable for individuals of all ages. Guests can conveniently stroll the half block to Main Street in the downtown area or utilize the complimentary town shuttle, making it an excellent ski getaway or summer retreat for couples or small families.
The Trailhead Lodge clubhouse offers a variety of on-site amenities, including an outdoor grilling area, a game room, a fitness room, a hot tub and an outdoor pool, available throughout the year.
Smoking is prohibited. The regulations set forth by the Homeowner Association explicitly forbids guests from smoking on the premises. These regulations are rigorously enforced. Any guests found smoking on the property will incur a fine of 200 for each day of violation.

Perfect space for our last minute mountain stay. Fireplace was welcome after a cold and snowy drive, and there was enough space for everyone to spread out. Our son loved the bunk bed (and the video games!) plenty of games and DVDs for the grown ups, too. This unit is very convenient to town and to the pool and mountain. Very spacious and well appointed. Lot's of supplies for cooking and entertaining. Laundry was a plus as was the deck. Primary bedroom bed was very comfortable. Just an FYI, no hanging options for primary bedroom for any clothing. The bunk room mattresses could use an update....seems as if the lower bunk has been around for a while :). Probably fine for little ones, but older adults would not be too comfortable. Elegant and comfortable condo in a perfect location in Winter Park!
Everything about this stay was perfect. Condo was in a great location, spotless and so comfortable! Easy access and great communication about entry, use, etc. Was a great surprise to find such a lovely spot. We enjoyed the river behind the condo and the beautiful part across the street too! Loved the games, the fireplace and the comfy blankets provided. Walked to Dinner each night at a new spot, shopping, coffee - just a truly relaxing weekend retreat. Wonderful
We were in town for the blues festival. Great location. Everything was in walking distance. Views were great. The carpet under table was a tripping hazard. It was curled up on all edges. Condo had everything we needed and was very cozy. Elevator was a great option as well! Only complaint is that we could hear EVERYTHING going on at the outdoor pool and hot tub, which made it kinda noisy at times. This condo was perfect for us.

Great Location!
What a great place in a great location. This property was very nicely decorated and had a lot of amenities. There was even bowls for our dog. The location can't be beat.
