Description Description
Located at the Trailhead Lodges complex and on the shuttle route this property is the ultimate ski retreat for a couple, small family or 2 singles seeking comfortable accommodations. This wonderful 1 bedroom is also conveniently located next to the Rendezvous Event Center with sledding hill fit for all ages and firepits warm up. Easy walk to main street for more dining and shopping. During the Summer season Rendezvous Event Center becomes the action spot with live music, craft, and fitness events.


The master bedroom is equipped with a Queen-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The living room has a newly appointed foldout Queen mattress to bring more comfort to the living room bonus sleeping arrangements. The living room hosts flat screen TV, gas fireplace and games. Private deck with mountain views. No air conditioning.


The full kitchen is thoughtfully stocked for cooking simply or going gourmet. This bright airy area is adjacent to the living room to share time. The full bathroom and gear room for ski storage and such complete the rooms off the hallway.


Clubhouse amenities located on site which include outdoor grilling area, game room, workout room, hot tub and outdoor pool at the Trailhead Lodge clubhouse year-round.
Pass available in the condo. This Trailhead Lodge property is great for either a winter or summer getaway to the Colorado Rocky Mountains.

wonderful stay
It was a wonderful stay and very convenient! Place was very clean. Instructions were unnecessarily lengthy and check-in was very confusing but it was easy once we called for help. Also, it was unclear when booking that the second bed was only a fold out floor mattress. We thought it was a pull out couch. However, it was comfy.

Perfect place
The place was perfect for what we needed and was less than a block walking from the event center. The only two downsides were: 1. There is no AC. It ended up being OK though because we left the window open at night and the cool mountain breeze kept it pretty temperate. It did get pretty hot during the day though. 2. We had some trouble getting in. We ended up having to call the host and thank goodness they were available and able to help us right away. The crisis was averted with their quick and easy customer service! I would 10/10 recommend, especially if you’re in town to go to an event at the Rendezvous Event Center. It was also very walkable to a lot of great restaurants.

Beautiful
A beautiful, clean and restful condo close to restaurants and the park. Beautiful views. Everything was up to date and clean, well cared for. Top story unit with elevator. Kitchen had everything we needed, nice refrigerator. Our only gripe was the bedroom bed is listed as a queen bed (which we have at home) but the bed is actually a full size. Listing needs to be updated. That was a little disappointing. I would visit again.

Very nice, clean condo
I was a bit confused on how to get the door code, but they answered my phone call right away and were very helpful on how to get in. The condo was beautiful and super close to winter park resort.

We loved staying here!
It was the perfect location to take the shuttle to ski, and then walk to restaurants and breweries in the evening. It was a pristine, quiet condo with an amazing view. Would stay here again!

This condo had many great things about it!
The location is perfect for walking to Main Street and the small tubing hill is right outside the door. The kitchen was very clean/new and actually had sharp knives (rare for a rental!). Check in was easy.

Beautiful clean, condo that has a community hot tub and pool. Close to Winter Park square and very spacious. I would stay here and/or recommend this place for parties of 2-4 people.

It was a nice stay in Winterpark.
Clean and tidy space. Nice view toward the mountains. Could conceivably sleep 6 people with the accommodations provided, but beware of sharing a single bathroom. The greatest feature is the proximity to downtown restaurants (5 minutes) and the open stage. One parking pass is provided. Overall would recommend staying.

he location was perfect - walking distance to restaurants and shops and easy drives to Winter Park Resort, Granby, and RMNP. Grocery store is less than a mile away. The condo was clean, had lots of bright light, and surprised us with how big it is. Great view from the balcony. Great location and we were really happy with the cleanliness.

great weekend
My partner and I enjoyed a peaceful summer weekend in the mountains. Directions were clear and simple. It was about a mile from a national forest trail entrance, which was great for a morning hike.

How close is a shuttle to the ski base at Winter Park? How often does it run and how early and late? We are hoping to ski but do not want to drive. Hoping that the local transportation is reliable.

Answer:

The free town shuttle does access the property once an hour and will start at 8am and runs until 10pm.

Hi there - Does Trailhead 701 have an in-unit washer/dryer? We have stayed in several other Trailhead units that do have a washer/dryer. Thank you!
