Very nice place, elevator is so helpful when loading in and loading out to third floor. Wish dogs were welcomed like other units at same complex.

This place is a great stay if you want to be close to downtown Winter Park. It has close access to food and it’s convenient for activities in Winter Park and it’s only a 45 min drive to Rocky Mountain NP. The place itself it’s cute and cozy, I would definitely stay again!

Super close to all the shuttle stops. The high ceilings were gorgeous, the kitchen is super spacious, the gear room right off the hallway when you walk in is absolutely perfect for storing your wet things after a day on the slopes! Great spot! Super close to all the shuttle stops. The place was walking distance from downtown and all the restaurants and shopping parking was easy. Elevator was great considering we were on the third floor. There’s a only one bathroom and one bedroom with a queen size bed. It was a wonderful stay and very convenient! Place was very clean. Instructions were unnecessarily lengthy and check-in was very confusing but it was easy once we called for help. Also, it was unclear when booking that the second bed was only a fold out floor mattress. We thought it was a pull out couch. However, it was comfy.

The place was perfect for what we needed and was less than a block walking from the event center. The only two downsides were: 1. There is no AC. It ended up being OK though because we left the window open at night and the cool mountain breeze kept it pretty temperate. It did get pretty hot during the day though. 2. We had some trouble getting in. We ended up having to call the host and thank goodness they were available and able to help us right away. The crisis was averted with their quick and easy customer service! I would 10/10 recommend, especially if you’re in town to go to an event at the Rendezvous Event Center. It was also very walkable to a lot of great restaurants.

Note that if you leave dishes out, forget to start the dishwasher, or leave any trash in the condo you be charged an extra $55 to go to the housekeeper. (We took care of everything of course, there was a note stating this on the refrigerator).

The location is perfect for walking to Main Street and the small tubing hill is right outside the door. The kitchen was very clean/new and actually had sharp knives (rare for a rental!). Check in was easy.

Clean and tidy space. Nice view toward the mountains. Could conceivably sleep 6 people with the accommodations provided, but beware of sharing a single bathroom. The greatest feature is the proximity to downtown restaurants (5 minutes) and the open stage. One parking pass is provided. Overall would recommend staying.

My partner and I enjoyed a peaceful summer weekend in the mountains. Directions were clear and simple. It was about a mile from a national forest trail entrance, which was great for a morning hike.

My partner and I enjoyed a peaceful summer weekend in the mountains. Directions were clear and simple. It was about a mile from a national forest trail entrance, which was great for a morning hike.

Property was neat and clean and the pictures were a good representation of the product we rented. I gave the highest rating for everything. Bottom line the check in was with a combination and the address was sent to us on short notice so there were no problems.

We don't really have complaints other than it would have been good to talk to someone live as apposed to receiving texts. Bottom line the check in was with a combination and the address was sent to us on short notice so there were no problems.
