The property staff was easy to reach by phone for any questions. I was able to use sister property as a holding space for my snowboard while my condo was getting ready.

A nice place to stay within a 15-minute drive of Winter Park. The host was responsive and provided clear directions for everything. The place was clean and tidy and everything worked well. The neighborhood does not have a ton in walking distance, but the bus stop right near the condo was a very handy feature. Only complaint was no salt or pepper in the kitchen, which was very minor.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The location was great, very close to town and the ski resort. There was enough room for us and our four kids. The living area was a little tight, but it worked for us. There was a nice, large dining area to eat and play games. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Comfort and Cozy is how I would describe this unit. Lots of little things in the condo to make your stay easy. GPS took us to a different building, so it took us lots of time to figure out what building to be in. We didn't know VASQUEZ was a building name and that 3 was the unit#. If we would have known this, it would have saved a lot of frustration after traveling all day.

The only negative is that they use a separate website for registration/instructions/communication, which adds one more layer of complexity and made it harder to find the information that we needed.

5 Night Stay during Thanksgiving Break 2022: The layout of this condo was perfect for our family of four. Our emerging adults, at 18 and 19 yrs, were grateful to have their own rooms and a break from dorm life. The extra beds in the loft came in handy when their local friends stopped by for a night. The two large couches in the living room and adjacent dining table with 6 seats gave everyone a comfortable amount of space to relax together. The small but mighty kitchen has a good layout and is well-stocked with pots, pans, baking dishes, knives and cooking utensils; which made for easy meal prep and cooking. Location in Fraser is ideal if you enjoy a break from the busy resort areas = quiet mornings and quiet evenings. Living room and dining room windows offer nice views of Byers and sunset skies.

Great place to stay, once we were able to find the place. Linens, towels, kitchen utensils, grill were all provided, which was great. Very cozy and clean. Lots of space for family to spread out. However, the road is closed and no further directions were given, as to how to get to the address. We tried to message the host through the airbnb app, and nobody responded. Ended up having to call the condo’s emergency phone number and finally someone called us a half hour later to show us where to go. There was a nice fireplace, but no directions on how or where to turn it on. Just very frustrating when there is no communication from the host. Also, no directions on how to check out. So we tried to leave the place as clean as we found it. Overall, nice stay.

The condo is older and smaller in terms of living space but it's well maintained and the bedrooms and number of beds available make up for it. The furniture is good quality and the kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the artwork too....we usually don't notice in short term rentals but, really, the art is worth a look. Parking is plentiful and easy and there is a decent sized deck with table, chairs, and a grill. The location is good as well -- not too far away and you can jump right on the creek path. Overall, we were satified. It's a good spot and worked well for our group of two families.

Before going to the condo, you first have to register at the office in Winter Park. The condo is located far enough away from the registration office that if you go straight to the condo, it's a trek back to the office. I'm glad I noticed this beforehand. A bit more information about the condo would be nice too. There were no checkout instructions so we just did what we'd normally do.
Overall, we were satified. It's a good spot and worked well for our group of two families.
