The Neighborhood
A central valley location between Winter Park and the Granby lakes, near Pole Creek golf. This is a quiet residential neighborhood surrounded by pine forest. A great centralized location to all the outdoor resorts, activities and adventures in the area. Please note that guests must arrange their own transportation as the unit is not on any public transit route, and an all-wheel or four-wheel drive vehicle is highly recommended during heavy snowfall.

Beyond the immediate local trails, you can enjoy world-class skiing at Winter Park Resort,(9.3 miles) or take a scenic drive to Grand Lake (28.4 miles) and Rocky Mountain National Park (29.1 miles) for exceptional snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and wildlife viewing.

Smoking is prohibited. A $200 per day fine applies if smoking is discovered on the property.
