The main entrance is on the ground floor and guests will be able to relax in the open floor plan encompassing the living area furnished with comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV, gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings and access to a large private deck with stunning mountain views as well as the Winter Park Ski Resort. There is a double Murphy bed that will sleep two guests.
Encompassed in the open floor plan, the dining area has a custom pendant light, can seat up to 5 guests, along with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen boasts tiled flooring, new countertops, cabinets and appliances as well as all of the essentials for meal prep during your stay.
The main level also has a fully renovated bathroom and access to the washer and dryer.
On the upper level of the condo, the primary bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, a cozy sitting area with futon and liaise chair, a King bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with jetted tub.
The second bedroom is spacious with vaulted ceiling, a flat screen TV, corner desk area, queen-sized bed and en-suite bathroom for their enjoyment.
Additional features include complimentary WI-FI, no air conditioning, and access on the free town/ski shuttle. Parking for one car in the garage parking, as well as extra outdoor parking space for one vehicle in the driveway.
Please note that smoking and pets are not allowed as per the Homeowner Association rules, and strict enforcement will result in a 200 fine per day for guests who violate these rules.
