Our condo is ideally situated just a short 10-minute drive or shuttle ride away from winter skiing and surrounded by summer outdoor activities. Winter Park is a mere 6 miles away and easily accessible via the complimentary shuttle service for all your seasonal adventures.

We are conveniently located near the Winter Park shuttle bus line, the Fraser River Trail, and a Safeway Grocery store for all your food and beverage needs. Our unit is within walking distance of the charming bars and restaurants in Fraser, and just a stone’s throw away from downtown Winter Park.

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom vacation rental is perfect for a relaxing mountain escape. Enjoy in-unit laundry, complimentary toiletries, and a fully equipped kitchen. The stunning Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests provide breathtaking views and endless entertainment. Additionally, we are only 40 minutes from Grand Lake for summer lake activities, or 20 minutes to Granby for thrilling mountain biking trails. So, why wait? The living room boasts an open layout with a flat screen TV, gas fireplace, hardwood floors, cozy furnishings and ample windows to soak in the mountain scenery from this second-floor unit. A twin trundle bed is available for additional sleeping space.

The kitchen features new countertops, stainless steel appliances, wood cabinetry and is open to the main living area for the cook to socialize with guests. There is seating at the breakfast bar for convenience.

The master bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed and flat screen TV. The main bathroom has been updated with new tile, flooring and vanity.

Enjoy amenities such as free Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, outdoor parking and note that there is no air conditioning in the unit.

Please be advised that smoking and pets are not allowed. The Homeowner Association strictly prohibits smoking and bringing pets. Violations of these rules will result in a $200 fine per day.

Great place to stay!

We booked this condo last minute for 1 overnight stay and very thankful we did, such a huge upgrade from a hotel!! Views are beautiful, space is very clean and well kept. Great place to stay in Fraser. The help line/front desk was also extremely helpful in making sure we received the check-in instructions and all! Highly recommend this beautiful condo.

Perfect Ski Weekend

Comfy and cozy

Great ski condo, good location, perfect for our small family. We enjoyed the tastefully ski-themed decor and the user friendly condo/ area guide. Very clean, furniture, plumbing, appliances, and kitchen utensils in good condition. Only 2 blocks from groceries and the ski bus! Our favorite place in WP so far.

Short stay

In town from Minnesota to watch grandson play hockey at the Icebox in Frazier. Location was great, easy, and fun. The heated floors were delightful! Met our needs at reasonable price. The 6-8 inch snow really topped off the trip as well!! Would love to come again during ski season to see the runs.

Thanks for a great stay!

This Airbnb was perfect for a quick stop in Fraser! It is walking distance from breweries and restaurants in town and is just like the pictures on the interior. We had an especially great time going to Fraser Valley Distilling and then coming back to hang out at this place. Would stay here again!

Everything was great

Nice place

The place is nice and new with lots of the touches that have become standard for Airbnbs. The location was great being steps away from stores and restaurants and less than 10 minutes from winter park. There were holders for skis and the unit can warm up really well.

Everything was perfect.

The unit was so peaceful. The living room was very cozy, the kitchen was very clean equipped with everything I needed, the bed was very comfortable, the extra blankets were such a nice bonus for hanging out on the couch, and the washer and dryer was a huge bonus. Will definitely stay again.
