The contemporary furnishings complement the gas fireplace, flat screen TV and vaulted ceilings in this open space, seamlessly flowing into the dining area featuring a spacious table surrounded by plenty of windows that provide a delightful view and is adjacent to the gourmet kitchen.
The lighter wood cabinets in the kitchen complement the stainless steel appliances, custom tile backsplash and tiled flooring. The breakfast bar will seat up to four guests and is a convenient spot to grab a quick snack before heading out to enjoy the many nearby attractions.
Upon entering the main level, there is a generous space for storing outdoor wear and a small powder room and laundry room before reaching the expansive living area.
The primary suite, located off the main living room, features a King bed, flat screen TV and a spacious bathroom with tiled shower enclosure, dual sinks and a spa themed soaking tub.
The second bedroom on the main level features a queen bed and en-suite bathroom equipped with a single vanity and shower. A third bedroom offers a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom.
The upper level of the townhome has the fourth bedroom provided a large open space with two double futon beds, a sky light and full bathroom with shower enclosure, access to a secondary private deck - an ideal spot for anyone needing a bit more privacy or room to enjoy a good night’s sleep.

Guests staying at this vacation rental will have convenient access trails to hiking and biking trails and the nearby restaurants, breweries and shops in downtown Fraser.
Smoking and bringing pets is prohibited on the property. These regulations are rigorously upheld, and any guests found smoking or if they bring a pet, will be subject to a $200 fine per day.
