Welcome to our condo at Waterside West Building D Unit #301.
A spacious and lovely decorated 1 bedroom offers a private deck with mountain views, 2 full bathrooms, washer/dryer, in-floor radiant heating and is Pet Friendly - great spot in Fraser for you to enjoy your mountain getaway.
The open floor plan has new carpeting and is very spacious to enjoy the living, dining and kitchen spaces. The living room has a comfortable sofa that faces the gas fireplace to ambiance in the evenings and you can watch your favorite sports, movies or television shows on the flat screen. You can easily access the private deck to enjoy your choice of refreshments and soak in the magnificent mountain views. The living room also has a dog crate and dog station with bowls and a leash if you bring your pets. If you need to catch up on emails, do some work or need reliable internet connection, we have a sit/stand deck with dual monitors, docking station and USB camera.
The dining area is conveniently located between the main living area and kitchen with a wood table and chairs that will seat up to four guests at mealtime as well as an additional two spots at the breakfast bar - if you need to grab something quick on your way to enjoy the outdoors.
The kitchen has tiled countertops, stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets and custom lighting over the breakfast bar.
The primary bedroom is furnished with a Queen-sized bed as well as a single twin if you need an extra spot for sleeping. The en-suite bathroom with dual vanity sinks and tiled shower/tub enclosure.
Near the main entrance of the unit guests have access to the washer and dryer as well as the second full bathroom with single vanity sink and tiled shower enclosure.

Unit amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, private deck, gas fireplace, flat screen television, washer/dryer, work station, Pet Friendly with pet crate, dog station and leash. This unit is located on the second floor of the building.

Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
