Winter Park Lodge II is located in Fraser on the free town shuttle and close to the Safeway grocery store. This location is 2 miles from downtown Winter Park and 5 miles to the Winter Park Ski Resort.
This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom is on the 3rd floor of the building and there are quite a few stairs to access it – good for the younger crowd! This unit has been designated as non smoking and no pets allowed with 808 square feet of living space.
The master bedroom has a King bed with access to the hallway bathroom and the second bedroom has 2 twins with en-suite bathroom.
The living room is open and large with wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD , stereo and a Queen sofa sleeper. The dining area is open and between the living area and kitchen. The kitchen offers lots of counter top space and is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans.
The private deck offers wonderful mountain views.

Amenities on property: All common area facilities are closed. Outdoor pool and hot tub, coin operated laundry on the lower level of the building.
COVID Housekeeping: All of our cleaning standards and products are aligned with VRMA, WHO and CDC.
We are laundering all bedding in our commercial washers and dryers after each guest stay. All bedding is double sheeted.
All products in the vacation rental for guest use will be individually wrapped for protection.
There will be a 24 hour (1 day) gap between reservations.
We will implement keyless entry or secured lock box for entry to all vacation rentals.
Our staff will have new PPE and wear masks, protective gloves and shoe coverings.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring pets. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on the property.
