It is ideally positioned near a variety of outdoor activities available year round. Located within the Winterstar condominiums, this three-bedroom unit can host up to eight guests and features a renovated interior with an open floor plan.
The main level features a spacious open design that integrates the living, kitchen, and dining areas, all adorned with hardwood flooring, creating an ideal environment for social gatherings and dining. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with generous countertop space, perfect for crafting exquisite meals, along with a breakfast bar that accommodates up to four individuals, and a dining table that seats six more for formal dining occasions. Experience the warmth of the gas fireplace, enhancing the ambiance of a true mountain retreat, while enjoying your favorite programs on the flat screen television. Additionally, a private deck, accessible from the main living area, offers a charming setting to appreciate the mountain vistas and unwind with a cup of coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. A convenient powder room is also located on this level.
The two bedrooms located on the upper (3rd) floor offer ample sleeping accommodations. The second bedroom features a double/double bunk bed along with a flat screen television. The third bedroom is equipped with a Captain's bunk and a single twin, a flat screen television and a small sitting area. Both bedrooms each have their own en-suite full bathroom.
The primary bedroom on the lower level features a king-sized bed, a complete en-suite bathroom and access to a private patio that offers scenic views.
Additional amenities include a washer and dryer in the upper bedroom closet. Gas fireplace, private deck, 1-car garage parking, and proximity to the free town shuttle route. Please note that there is no air conditioning available.
Please be aware that smoking is strictly prohibited on the property as per the Homeowner Association rules. Guests found smoking will be fined $200 per day.
