Description

A short walk to the free town shuttle provides easy transportation to the resort or downtown Winter Park and guests may also enjoy taking advantage of the nearby Grand Park Rec Center for swimming and more. This modern, spacious 3 bedroom and 3 bath condo is Pet Friendly and located in Fraser for a wonderful mountain getaway with easy access to the outdoor trails and nearby activities.
The living room offers an open floor plan with flat screen TV, gas fireplace, ceiling fan, hardwood flooring, comfortable furnishings and plenty of windows to enjoy the mountain views from this second-floor unit. A private cover deck is accessible from the living room area and is a great spot to relax after enjoying a day outdoors.
The gourmet kitchen, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and lots of cupboards for storage make for a great place to cook and enjoy everyone’s company as it is open to the main living area. The dining room table seats 6 people with additional seating at the breakfast bar.
The primary bedroom is equipped with a king bed, tv and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and en-suite full bathroom. The 3rd bedroom also has a Queen bed. The 3rd bathroom is in the main hallway.
Amenities in the unit: free Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, private patio, gas fireplace, outdoor parking and private ski locker. Pet Friendly! No air conditioning.
NO SMOKING. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined 200 per day if they smoke on or in the property.

Our trip was a bit upended due to sickness, so sadly only my husband and son got to go up and enjoy the rental for one of the two nights we had it booked. However they did say it was a lovely condo, and would have been a great place for our family. Hopefully we will book another visit in the future for all of us to enjoy. Thanks!

Definitely worth it! Great place to stay in winter park, so nice and roomy. Living room was cozy and great for hanging out. Only downside was no hot tub and about a half mile walk from bus stop- but otherwise would rebook in the future for our next winter park visit!

The property is just as described and as in the photos. We had plenty of space and were very comfortable for 5. The big family sized table was perfect for dinner and making puzzles. There weren’t any items needed that weren’t provided. It’s close to the Safeway, and a brewery just down the road. We also enjoyed walking on the Fraser River Trail. It’s a very nice location.

The property is newer. For me the property seemed larger than the pictures. The living room and deck are one of the largest in a condo I have seen in Winter Park/ Fraser area. The condo had a lot of kitchen and grill items compared to other VRBO’s I have stayed at, which was nice. Everything was super clean etc. I will stay again.

Nice, newer condo, has everything you need

Large @ spacious. Great place to come back and relax after day of hiking & biking. Loved sitting on deck in evening, then retreating to dining table and large living room when it got too cool. Great location, could walk to Winter Park (1 miles) or closer brewery. Can start bike rides at condo.

We loved our stay

We had a wonderful stay here. It is close to winter park ski area. The common area was Huge and comfortable. The unit was clean and as pictured. My family of 4 ( now adults children) stayed here with 1 dog. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. Absolutely perfect! We would definitely stay here again.

Had a great time

It's hard to come across a great property that features a king and two queen bedrooms instead of another bunk bed setup. For a group without kids this was a godsend. We all had a great time. The only uncertainty we had was checking out. When putting in the checkout code in the keypad at the end it gave a noise that sounded like an error so we questioned if it worked correctly. We didn't know if this was a system thing or not as it took about 4 attempts at check-in as well before the code worked and unlocked the door.

It's hard to come across a great property that features a king and two queen bedrooms instead of another bunk bed setup. For a group without kids this was a godsend. We all had a great time. The only uncertainty we had was checking out. When putting in the checkout code in the keypad at the end it gave a noise that sounded like an error so we questioned if it worked correctly. We didn't know if this was a system thing or not as it took about 4 attempts at check-in as well before the code worked and unlocked the door.

Nice condo

This condo was really nice and well priced. We stayed with 6 people in 3 bedrooms and were very comfortable and the shared space was also very night. Our only complaint was the communication. After booking, I received a series of communications via email, text and through airbnb. The check in and check out instructions were so confusing and located across a range of emails, texts and airbnb messages.

Great place / location

Had our family and pup there, plenty of room and had everything you need to enjoy your time in the mountains. Close to both WP and Fraser for easy access to restaurants, the mountains, etc. Our only issue with the property is the sound barriers between tenants ceilings/floors seem quite lacking. We could clearly hear tvs below us at night and someone was up late on Friday night making all sorts of noise above us. Beds were very comfy though to help overcome it!

Up on a hillside so you have views of the mountains. Bedrooms, living room and kitchen were all very spacious. Walking distance to a brewery and some other spots for eating and drinking. Plenty of parking on site. Huge plus that pups are allowed!

This unit was outstanding. New, clean, well-built and outfitted.

Answer:

Our cancellation policy states that the initial deposit of 25% is non-refundable. The final payment will also be non-refundable once received. We do recommend guests purchase travel/cancellation insurance which is available for an additional 7%.
