Additionally, a small alcove in the main hallway houses a washer and dryer.
The master bedroom suite is equipped with a King-sized bed, a flat screen TV, access to a private deck and an additional bathroom featuring a tiled shower enclosure and a newly installed vanity.
The second complete bedroom features a King-sized bed, a flat screen TV, a cozy sitting area and an en-suite bathroom.

It is important to note that the Iron Horse property is situated along the skier's corridor connecting Mary Jane to the base of Winter Park. To utilize the ski-in/ski-out feature of the property, all skiers must possess an intermediate skill level or above. Additionally, there is a 150 yard walk from the Iron Horse building to the ski trail.
It is mandatory for all guests to prominently display the parking pass issued by the unit in their vehicle to avoid the risk of towing; this regulation is rigorously enforced on the premises.
NOTICE: The Iron Horse property is designated as a non-smoking area; smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. Violators of this policy will incur fines.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
