Shannon’s introduction to vacation rentals began as a child visiting a beach house near Mystic, CT. Sea level to ski level life changes found her in Winter Park by 1995. Cleaning condos by day and checking guests in at night evolved into broadening her knowledge of property management company operations – from reservations, group sales, owner relations, accounting, homeowner association administration, including timeshare resorts.  The fond memories of short-term renting and the love for Grand County carry through to her present days as the VP of Rental Operations for Stay Winter Park.

Shannon’s management theory for vacation rental is in part about wellness.
