Surrounded by national forest, Winter Park and Fraser offer cross country trails for all ability levels. Choose from groomed trails at one of the local resorts or explore out on your own. Many of these trails are also open for snowshoeing.
Snow Mountain Ranch
Located just outside of Tabernash, this world class resort offers terrain for everyone. Devil's Thumb Ranch

Grand Lake Nordic Center
Venture a bit further from the Winter Park area to Grand Lake to enjoy the scenic views of Rocky Mountain National Park and surrounding Arapahoe National Forest. The resort is smaller with 35km of trails with beginner to advanced terrain and is great for a day trip.
