Condominium Management Company acquires new management

As two longtime Winter Park, Colorado vacation rental and homeowner association management firms combine, Condominium Management Company acquires new management!

Robert Blay, co-owner and President of Condominium Management Company (CMC) and StayWinterPark announced on Friday April 15th, CMC has purchased the Teverbaugh-Heaton Management Company (THMC) from Kristine Meyer. THMC operates under the trade names Destinations West and  Beaver Village Condominiums

"We are very excited to merge these two companies together. Kristy has built a very impressive business and together we will provide better service to all our homeowner clients. The primary motivation for this merger is to consolidate the vacation rental marketing efforts of the two organizations to better generate direct bookings", Robert explains.

The newly combined entity will manage over 200 rental properties. "We will also achieve some economies of scale from operations but we do not anticipate any reduction in current staffing levels.

Our goal is to bring new guests to Grand County and improve the return for our property owners. Kristine Meyer will continue to provide her expertise to the organization for the foreseeable future.

"This sale is a perfect opportunity for me to pursue some of my other ambitions while continuing to contribute to the success of the business, and Robert and I share very similar business perspectives and I trust that his leadership will guide this combined operation to benefit of the owner-clients and the employees" stated Kristy.

CMC is a local leader in homeowner association (HOA) management with over 30 associations currently under management. Its sister organization - StayWinterpark is likewise a leader in the ever growing vacation home rental market with over 200 properties available for short term rentals.
