Winter Park, CO, February 27, 2014: Robert Blay, the current General Manager of Condominium Management Company (CMC) and Stay Winter Park has purchased the company from the Dybicz family.
Robert joined the property management and vacation rental business in June 2014. Prior to coming to CMC Robert was the president of an international production and distribution business focused on the film and television industries. Robert has also held senior management roles in software development and cable television businesses.
He first fell in love with Grand County and then was afforded the opportunity to work with one of Winter Park/Fraser Valley's leaders in property and vacation rental management Robert explained. Michael Dybicz has owned and operated the company for the past 35 years.
Robert stated that he intends to continue to his current strategy of upgrading the company's infrastructure and operations to deliver top quality professional services. Robert has also become active in the local business community, as a member of the Winter Park & Fraser Chamber, Marketing and Sales Council and as one of the representatives for the Fraser Valley on the Grand County Colorado Tourism Board.
