Take a Ride

No matter where you look, you won't find a slide quite like the one at Winter Park Resort. With 3,000 feet of track, it's the longest Alpine Slide in Colorado. The slide is over 600 vertical feet high, and getting to the top is an experience in itself. Grab a seat for a six-minute, scenic chairlift ride on Arrow and enjoy views of the Rocky Mountains and downtown Winter Park. Equipped with a brake, you're free to control the speed of your cart as you see fit. You can push your velocity to the limit, or take it slow especially around certain turns. The tracks offer a smooth ride with views of the park and the wind rushing through your hair. It's the perfect opportunity for some family-friendly fun this summer!

Schedule and Ticket Information

Winter Park Resort is open each summer from mid-June through September. Until Labor Day, feel free to visit from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. with extended hours on Friday and Saturdays. For the rest of September, you can enjoy the park on weekends. Are you interested in getting your Winter Park Alpine Slide tickets? All tickets must be purchased online directly from the Winter Park Resort. More Summer Activities at the Resort - with an all-day pass to the resort, you can enjoy a marathon of Alpine Slide rides in succession, or explore these additional activities.
