Situated on 5 acres of wooded surroundings with wonderful views the nearby attractions include snowmobile trails from the home to the national forest, 9 miles to the Wolford Mountain Reservoir and within 1 hour of IKON ski resorts of Winter Park, Steamboat Springs or enjoy the EPIC resorts of Vail and Copper Mountain.
The main floor of the home has an open floor plan accented by beautiful hardwood floors, vaulted ceiling in the main living area, expansive south facing windows so you can relax to enjoy the view, cozy up to the gas fireplace or escape to the wrap around deck for enjoyment of the fresh mountain air, amazing sunsets and outdoor dining with BBQ grill. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including 2 large refrigerators, and plenty of space for meal prep for any large group gatherings. The main dining area is a small alcove open to the kitchen. The laundry room and ½ bathroom are easily accessible from the kitchen area.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All guests must have their own transportation, preferably either all-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive. Due to the remote location of the home, big snow in the area can delay the plowing of the county roads to the home.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring pets or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on the property.
