Our Gore Pass residence is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, hunting parties or those seeking a tranquil retreat. During winter, guests can access snowmobile trails, while in summer, ATV and mountain bike trails are just steps away. Steamboat 53 miles, Breckenridge 65, Keystone 56, Granby Ranch 46, Vail 81, Winter Park 61 miles.


This charming 4-bedroom residence has undergone renovations and provides a cozy atmosphere in a prime location. Nestled on 5 acres of lush wooded landscapes with picturesque views, the property offers convenient access to various attractions such as snowmobile trails leading to the national forest, Wolford Mountain or Red Dirt Reservoirs within a 7-mile radius. Additionally, it is within an hour’s drive to renowned ski resorts like Winter Park and Steamboat Springs under the IKON pass, or one can opt for the EPIC resorts of Vail and Copper Mountain for a delightful skiing experience.


The first level of the residence features a spacious layout with elegant hardwood flooring, a high vaulted ceiling in the primary living space, large windows facing south for scenic views, a gas fireplace for relaxation and a wrap-around deck perfect for outdoor dining and admiring the mountain scenery and sunsets while using the wood pellet grill.


The upscale kitchen features stainless steel appliances, such as a spacious refrigerator and large freezer, along with ample room for preparing meals for gatherings of any size. The dining area is a cozy nook that connects to the kitchen.


The laundry room and half bathroom can be conveniently reached from the kitchen area. The main level features the master bedroom suite, which includes a Queen bed, gas fireplace and a luxurious bathroom with tiled shower and dual vanities.


The loft on the top floor provides a view of the main living room, featuring a spacious sitting area perfect for unwinding, enjoying a good book or stealing a brief nap on the comfortable sofas.


The lower level of the residence features an additional lounge space furnished with cozy sofas, a spacious flat screen television, a compact secondary kitchen, three bedrooms each equipped with a Queen-sized bed and the third and fourth bedrooms containing two sets of bunk beds. Additionally, there are two complete bathrooms available for use.


The home offers extra features such as in-floor radiant heat for warmth, an outdoor firepit, WI-FI access, and a private patio with hot tub. These amenities provide added comfort and relaxation for guests during their stay


Weddings and large group gatherings can be accommodated at the venue for an extra fee, with outdoor parking available for up to 20 vehicles.


It is essential for all visitors to have their own transportation, specifically all-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive vehicles. The property’s remote location may result in delays in snow plowing on county roads during heavy snowfall. Off-road snowmobiling or ATV use is strictly prohibited, and guests are reminded to be considerate of neighboring properties.


Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association, which are rigorously upheld. Violators will be subject to a $500 fine per day.
